Erks get first win |
Defending champions Erks earned their first win of the campaign beating Harlow Hawks 70 - 68 on Sunday 18th.

North Herts Knights replace Cambridge |
North Herts Knights, based in Baldock, have replaced Cambridge in the Eastern Pool. This means that Erks will have an additional game in January. More details as soon as we get them.

Nene Valley inflict second defeat |
Dave Churches and Adrian Leclair combined for 57 points on Sunday night although this effort wasn't enough to prevent a youthful Nene Valley from causing a second consecutive defeat to the Erks.

Northampton win opener |
Despite 31 points from Dave Churches and 20 from Martin Overare, the Erks started their defense of the Founder's Cup suffering a 68 - 77 point defeat to Northampton on Sunday. Up by fourteen at half time, Erks played a torrid third quarter which saw Northampton seize control of the game and eventually run out victorious at the end of the fourth.

Cambridge withdraw |
Cambridge have withdrawn from the Eastern Pool which means only three games for the Erks in the first round of the competition.

Founder's Cup 05/06 |
Erks will be defending their title starting in the Eastern Pool with Nene Valley, Northampton, Cambridge and Shab Niaz' Harlow Hawks.
There are two "London" groups with East London Stars, Met Police, Greenwich Admirals, CIA and the Kingston Wildcats making up one group. The second group comprises Police Sport UK, Lambeth Lakers, Haringey Warriors, Bromley & Caterham and finally Euston Power.
There will also be a Northern Group to be confirmed.
The top two teams from each group qualify for the quarter finals.

Founder's Cup 05/06 |
Erks' campaign begins on Sunday 23rd October against Northampton. The game tips off at 14:00 at Sydney Russell.
